Access to Sailing needs lots of volunteers for lots of different things! Whatever your age, availability, experience-- if you'd like to help, we need you. You don't need to know how to sail or swim. If you want to learn a new skill, we can train you. If you have a skill of any kind, chances are we can use it. Whether you are a leader, or want to play an assisting role on a very special team, come on down. Volunteering for ATS is a great way to: have fun, make new friends, learn valuable skills, gain confidence and experience-- while making a DIFFERENCE! Here are just a few of the areas we are currently looking for volunteers to help with: Assisting guests at the dock and/or on boats. Sailing crew. And we need more captians, too! Lifeguards and boating safety personnel Boat cleaning crew Mechanics Maintainence crew (for all types of donated items) Salespersons (to get donations and sell items) Coordinators and staff for outings & publicity events Hospital liasons Publicity (writers, media liasons, graphic designers) Administrative Secretarial Accounting Recruiters and mangagers for volunteers Photographers, vidiographers Food preparation phone (562) 433-0561 email: info@accesstosailing.org |
